Kristjan Mägi attained a master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law of Tartu University in 2012. During his university studies, Kristjan participated in the 2011 collaboration programme between Konstanz University and Tartu University, which focused on the topic “The weaker party – changing concept in private law” and took part in the “European Private Law” summer school of the Faculty of Law of Salzburg University. Kristjan also successfully participated in the Estonian Moot Court Society’s Mood Court Competition where he has both won the competition and been awarded the best written thesis prize. Before working as an attorney, Kristjan worked as an adviser to the Civil Law Chamber of the Supreme Court where he acquired essential experience and knowledge for an attorney. As an attorney, Kristjan has stood out in the fields of business and contract law and he has remarkable experience in litigation.
